The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on optimizing and scaling various online channels for customer acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive user growth and engagement. Responsibilities: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, targeting, and creative to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs. Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and design, to develop creative assets and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and target audiences. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and drive incremental improvements. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of our performance marketing efforts. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement through digital channels. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and affiliate networks. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage external partners. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
