Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist Company: Grrow.ai Location: WeWork Platina, Gurgram, Sikandarpur Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Grrow.ai, a growth marketing firm focused on driving business growth through data-driven strategies. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our clients using paid advertising and performance marketing techniques. Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our clients. Conduct market research and identify target audiences and key segments for each campaign. Create and optimize ad campaigns, including ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and budget management, to ensure maximum ROI. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences that drive engagement and conversion. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid advertising and performance marketing. Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance and maximize lead generation. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency, specifically in performance marketing and lead generation using paid ads. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager. Excellent knowledge of performance marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROI. Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for driving lead generation and business growth through performance marketing.
