Company Description Notion Online Solutions Pvt Ltd Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager (App Marketing) located in Noida. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end mobile app marketing strategies. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop innovative campaigns, and analyze metrics to optimize user acquisition and retention. The Performance Marketing Manager will also lead and develop a high-performing team. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in mobile app marketing with a focus on user acquisition and retention Demonstrated experience running successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads Excellent analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience managing a team and providing regular coaching and feedback to elevate team members\' performance Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with ASO and SEO is a plus Experience with the mobile gaming industry is a plus Salary :- Max 13 lpa
