What you\'ll own Paid channel strategy- build and execute a scalable paid channel strategy to achieve lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue targets Manage campaigns across channels like Google, Bing, Gartner Digital and LinkedIn to meet pipeline targets Own and deploy paid channel budget to deliver significant ROAS; allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution Define and run experiments across the prospect lifecycle to determine and define the ideal customer journey with ideal conversion rates Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver right communication and brand projection Measure and report on performance by campaign, channel, tactic, and overall segment to identify strong correlation patterns in lead quality and quantity Maintain a strong feedback loop with Sales Development, Sales and Solutions team to gain a clear understanding of lead quality Works closely with creative and content teams to develop engaging and impactful marketing content that resonates with target audiences What makes you a great fit Prior experience of 4-7 years in the enterprise B2B SaaS industry Experience working on Google and Bing ad campaigns having managed $100K+ budgets Prior experience in setting up and managing paid channel campaigns in the North American and UK markets Ability to define operational and data requirements to gain visibility and insight for data-driven decision making Experience in a growth-driven, fast-paced environment: agile, adaptable, with a strong bias for action Experience using tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, SEMRush, Ahrefs, landing page builders etc. Knowledge of ad scripting is preferable
