Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, we are looking someone who has good experience on Email Marketing, Lead generation, ad campaigns, Search engine optimization, Search engine marketing and content creation. Roles & Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency and provide regular budget updates and recommendations based on performance analysis.

Audience Targeting: Define and refine target audiences through demographic, behavioral, and psychographic analysis & Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized and engaging content for specific audience segments.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Provide regular updates on campaign performance and share insights with the broader team.

Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing & proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Reporting: Generate regular reports that showcase the performance of marketing campaigns, highlighting key metrics and insights & Present findings to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or certificate.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
