Your responsibilities

The Performance Marketing Associate (Freelancer) role is an analytics-driven, client facing role at Crealytics. You support the Management Team in the creation and execution of our global clients\xe2\x80\x99 strategies. Broadly, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for campaign optimization, quality control, and customer support. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign optimization across biddable media systems. Google and Bing primarily, but also across a global footprint of secondary search engines and social media platforms
• Rock-solid analytics intelligence. You are data literate and know how to transform complex datasets into compelling narratives
• Daily collaboration on clients\xe2\x80\x99 success. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be the voice of the customer within our organization, keeping us focused on client success and driving our business to achieve customer goals

Your profile

The most important skill will be your ability to analyze data and convincingly support your conclusions during presentations. We want people who are passionate about their work and take pride in their ability to drive the business forward. Some specific skills that our candidates need include:

• Familiarity with search engine marketing management. You\xe2\x80\x99ve had some experience in basic campaign optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• You have excellent Excel skills. You understand how to tell stories with data, and make your analysis come to life
• You thrive on collaboration. You can support your team across multiple projects and thrive in an inclusive, \xe2\x80\x9call-in\xe2\x80\x9d culture
• You are an expert communicator, whether it\xe2\x80\x99s in person, virtually, or across emails/IMs/etc
• You are a critical thinker. You like to take ownership of your projects, advocate for your clients, and challenge the status quo
