We are looking for candidates for a “People Operations Executive” role, who could undertake recruitment, learning and development programs, employee engagement initiatives as well as performance appraisal programs. The roles and responsibilities include executing the referral programs, updating HR policies and carry-out the hiring processes. To be eligible for this role, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource/People Management with thorough knowledge of labour legislation. The Role
Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions
Implementing and managing HR management and development policy and daily operations
Establish recruitment and selection strategies.
Manage and control recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficient provision of employment within the appropriate timeframe.
Conduct competency-based interviews, tests and other related activities
Maintain and update HRIS system to ensure accuracy of data – new hires, changes, exits
Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR-related matters
Manage E-leave & E-attendance via HRMS System
Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Develop and monitor employees’ satisfaction, evaluation and recognition as well as staff retention
Assist in payroll related matters
Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
Requirements
Experience in HR Operations
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
Experience in designing compensation and benefits program
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Bachelors in Human Resources Management; Masters is a plus
