Job Track Description:

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Design and Development using Pega PRPC v8.1x , Core Java, Java Script, Web Services / SOA.
• Experience on migration from Pega PRPC 8.1x to 8.6
• Must have experience in various Pega concepts, Data model design, DataFlows, DataSets.
• Very good clarity on Datatypes and UI designs.
• Must have skilled on various UI rules Dynamic layout, Column layouts and Navigation rules.
• Very good clarity on Attachments and type of attachments and delete attachments, Content management Storing.
• Must have experience on File Listener and Service File concepts
• Well versed with agile methodology.
• Working experience on financial domain is a plus.
• Must have completed at least one project using service oriented architecture (SOA).
• Ability to interpret both technical and non-technical requirements.
• Should have designed, implemented end to end BPM Workflow and well versed with BPM Concepts.
• Excellent communication and Analytical skills are required.
• Must have completed minimum two level of Pega Certification (CSA & CSSA).

:

• Pega Architect (Teach Lead) who provides the technical leadership and direction in analyzing, designing and troubleshooting end to end application solutions on BPM Pega PRPC.
• He/she is responsible for working with business, cross functional teams in analyzing and identifying issues at front end, middle tier or back end of the applications.
• Solves complex issues that cross team boundaries, and proposes recommendations to improve existing processes to avoid reoccurring incidents.
• Assists in preparation of prototype and screen layout on Pega PRPC
• Coordination with cross team for application integration and deployment.
• Conducting training and knowledge sharing session on BPM Pega tool among the team
• Takes lead in troubleshooting application systems, performance and environmental concerns.
• Understands customer lines of business / components and recommends innovative approaches to meeting business requirements and solution design BPM Pega.
• Reviews code, coaches and mentors the development team on coding standards, design patterns, best practices and advanced technical approaches to improve and stabilize the application environments.
• Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent
