Job Purpose
\xe2\x80\x9cThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\xe2\x80\x9d We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect who has a strong technical and functional knowledge of Lending domain (Loans, Credit Card, EMI Card) and is proficient in implementation of managing big projects. He or she should be able to manage PMO profile & deliveries for all IT projects. Should have experience in planning and tracking, liaison with business teams and partners to discuss and provide IT solutions. Have an excellent track record on working and successfully executing projects. Should have a strong knowledge of finance domain.


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the overall project management function providing leadership coordination and management of PMO processes and functions managing delivery and providing support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Program Management Delivery schedule Change process management Project Monitoring and Status Reporting to Senior Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Formulate plan and execute strategies to meet future organization requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Build / deliver reliable and scalable technologies to cater to high volume and velocity \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner management \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand / identify business problems and propose technology solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage projects within given cost and time \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend review meetings business user meetings IT meetings etc.




Required Qualifications and Experience
* \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum qualification required is BE/BTech/ Diploma in computers / electronics with an experience of 8 to 12 years \xe2\x80\xa2 Very strong technical and functional background of Finance Background. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team handling experience of more than 5 people \xe2\x80\xa2 Require excellent written and spoken communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Require ability to lead a team and manage delivery with help of partners (Offsite) \xe2\x80\xa2 Require programming experience along with ability to switch/work with multiple technology stack \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have strong financial domain knowledge of business process and solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Prefer candidates with Banking /NBFC industry experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Prefer candidates with experience in developing software + hardware \xe2\x80\xa2 Require strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to unlearn, learn and adapt quickly \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starter
