Apply now! This position will be hired in to SAP Litmos, which will become an independent company under Fransisco Partners in December 2022.   • Own the global payroll operations in our Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Ensure payrolls are processed timely, accurately, in accordance with established policies and all compliance requirements.
  • Help develop payroll strategy and budgets.
  • Recruit, manage, coach, and develop payroll team members and support the continuous professional development and personal growth of payroll team.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous process improvement to drive efficiency and future scalability with excellent customer service levels.
  • Ensure appropriate metrics are in place to measure and manage service levels, business risks and improve decision making.
  • Partner with cross function teams such HR, Tax, Audit and Legal.
  • Partner with our supporting third-party vendors.
  • Establish, monitor and maintain internal controls over payroll and compensation programs.
What you bring
  • 7+ years financial management experience including minimum of 4 working with payroll / compensation management
  • Expertise in different compensation models, structure, and systems
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize information, develop insights and communicate effectively in presentations and in-person meetings
  • Outstanding process and project management skills, including coordinating activities across multiple departments
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills
