What you\'ll do As a Technology Expert, you will analyze customer\'s business requirements or technical problem statements and act as a technical advisor and problem solver to clients and our internal stakeholders. This includes different technical tasks (hands-on execution based on tickets, advisory services and lead & support strategic projects) out of the following areas: - Technical configuration & integration of SAP software - Release upgrades - Application lifecycle management as well as day to day operations and maintenance of technical SAP landscapes In addition, you might also work on changing our system setup/configuration guidelines, validating new application, designing work instructions or drive automation initiatives. You will also focus on designing and conducting knowledge transfer to the global Operations community and create technical documentation, incl. technical operational concepts, process flows and guidelines. What you bring . 15+ years\' experience in SAP NetWeaver administration (ABAP and Java Basis) . Very good hands-on basis experience with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector and Business Objects solutions . Good technical knowledge/experience in the area of technical FIORI enablement, Best Practice deployment, SSO, SSL and integration technologies . Good background in software architecture and cloud technology . Good knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform . Experience with SAP HANA 2.0 and HANA XSA is an advantage . Experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes . Fluent in English (written & spoken) . Bachelor\'s degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies Management You should have very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as very good communication, presentation and networking skills.
