As an IT Technology Services Specialist, you are an instrumental partner enabling our organization to harness the power of technology to prototype, test and validate solutions. Your technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills make you a valuable asset in guiding our organization towards a more efficient, secure, and future-ready VLAB system landscape.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do-

• Analyze, challenge, and align new VLAB system landscape requests
• Manage the VLAB towards a cost-efficient self-organized and transparent lab environment
• Continuously improve and enhance the ECS VLAB governance model & automation
• Drive issue resolution together and utilize the expert network to deliver in time and quality
• Guide VLAB CTCs (Cloud Technical Consultants) responsible for setting up the system landscapes

What you bring-

• Knowledge and experience in administration and operation of SAP solutions
• Infrastructure know-how (virtualization, storage technologies, ideally hyperscaler)
• Quick learner, self-starter and motivated to dig into new technologies and topics
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
