JOB DESCRIPTION: Designation: Accounts Executive (payroll processing) - Male Candidate Department: Accounts & Finance Location: Mulund Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience: 1-3 Yrs Key Skill Required: Experience in the Accounting field as a Payroll Accountant. Job Profile: \xef\x82\xb7 Review & Checking of Salary received from the HR and Accurately process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, overtime, deductions, and withholdings. \xef\x82\xb7 Utilize Tally and Excel to maintain payroll records. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with factory HR daily for attendance. \xef\x82\xb7 Scrutiny of contractors bills and get it clear for payment. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data and compliance. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain Employee Loan application, advances, FNF data & Payment. \xef\x82\xb7 Monthly comparative salary statement to be prepared with remark why salary increased or decreased. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare MIS for Management Review. \xef\x82\xb7 Basic Knowledge of labour compliance. \xef\x82\xb7 Timely payment & return filing of PF/ ESIC. \xef\x82\xb7 Spine Knowledge will be an added advantage.
