RKC Infrabuilt Pvt. Ltd.Position - Payroll ExecutiveRoles & ResponsibilitiesAttendance, payroll and compliance work.
We expect that the roles described here to be taken in spirit and be implemented in a process driven, system driven and IT (software) driven approaches only.Experience - 3 to 8 YearsBroad Bullet Points1. Attendance monitoring, Leave Management.2. Payroll prepare, get approved & prepare statements for bank.3. Monthly / period filing of statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, etc.1 Attendance Monitoring 1. Monitor & report the system whether the attendance is beingtaken only through biometric machines and those data are only used for payroll process.2. Monitor & report the system of authorizing the manual punches (exceptions).3. Ensure that the sms is sent to all the employees whose punch in not appearing in the software.4. Ensure that the attendance report is obtained from the site the next day and it must bear a sign of the Project / Site
Manager concerned.2 Payroll processing 1. Process the Payroll at the month end depending on the attendance.
2. Get the final figure of TDS to be deducted from the Taxation department.
3. Prepare the final voucher of salary and generate proper lst file and payment on or before due date.3 Statutory Compliance 1. Keep in update with all the applicable labour laws like PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, The Contract Labour regulation and
Abolition Act, etc or any such law that may be affecting our organization whether directly or indirectly.2. Ensure compliance of all such payments or submissions required under the Labour Laws within the time frame given under the respective laws.3. Liaise with the legal department for any pending cases and keep the management updated of the status.*Any other work assigned by your reporting authority or Management from time to timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
