Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration 2. Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations 3. Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records 4. Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll 5. Maintaining payroll reports. 6. Supporting the implementation and integration of payroll system or upgrades 7. Collaborating closely with the HR and Finance teams to exchange relevant payroll information and resolve payroll-related issues 8. Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards. Key Requirements:- 1. Degree in Human Resources, or a related field. 2. Min. 3 years of practical experience in payroll processing and administration. 3. Must have experience in PF UAN Generation, Monthly PF Challan Generation and reconciliation. 4. Must be well versed with Bonus calculation, Gratuity calculation and F&F settlement. 5. Must possess excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support 6. Should be well-versed in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. 7. Must be proficient in using payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently and manage reports. 8.
