Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Offer letter, appointment letter and experience letter / any other letter generation. 2) Bank account opening for new joiners. 3) Maintaining employee information sheet, candidate information sheet and EPF sheet. 4) Salary calculation for new joinee and explaining that to them. 5) Managing new joinee and manager feedback processes etc.. 6) Payroll processing. 7) Managing leave and attendance. 8) Resolving employee queries. 9) Handling greythr. 10) Insurance. 11) Processing full & final settlement and exit management. 12) Background verification. 13) Operations vendor management. 14) Checking invoices and following up on payments. 15) Maintaining leave register. 16) Referral tracker updates. 17) Certificates and bonafide. 18) Excel knowledge is must (Vlookup, Hlookup & Pivot table) Work Location - Ambattur Industrial Estate Experience - 2 to 4 years For more details please contact Violet @ 9600111845 Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9360,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9420,000.00 per year Schedule:
