Job Overview

We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team at Rashtrotthana Parishat. As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing
• Knowledge of payroll software and systems
• Familiarity with Payroll Software
• Strong understanding of PF and ESI regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate payroll records
• Handle employee queries related to payroll
• Prepare reports on payroll expenses and tax deductions
• Review and reconcile payroll data
• Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll-related tasks
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations
