This profile is responsible for engaging the customers with the practice. Responsible for day to day activities of recalling a patient, reminding them of their appointments, keeping a close contact for their appointment completion and also managing the patient\xe2\x80\x99s information in the CRM. 1. Working on multiple applications for gathering customer\xe2\x80\x99s information 2. Scheduling appointment 3. Updating the demographic information of the customer in the software 4.
