About the role
We are looking for a motivated, independent, entrepreneurial professional who would be responsible for scaling up our Partnerships and Affiliates program to generate incremental orders at positive ROI. The Partnership Lead, based in India, will report to the Senior Manager Operations.
Responsibilities

• Maintain existing & develop new international partnerships (mainly fashion marketplaces), with the final goal to scale international orders' volume and optimize related cost-per-order.
• Manage a network of freelancers, working under your lead to upload our fresh inventory on partners' websites.
• Liaise with other teams and functions within The Luxury Closet to set processes (e.g. with Logistic and Customer Service) and KPIs in order to achieve goals as necessary.
• Advise and support Product team to develop technical tools and report to facilitate and increase the efficiency of the Partnership efforts.
• In close collaboration with the Merchandising team, understand fast-selling items and ensure the right inventory mix and prices on partners' websites.
• To find new potential partners and help to onboard them.
• Reconciliation of monthly billing with the partners to ensure commission structure are in place as per the budget.

Experience

• You have experience working with ecommerce marketplaces.
• You have advanced knowledge of Excel and Analytics.
• Interest in the luxury fashion industry is a plus.
