What You Will Achieve
You'll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will be managing a range of activities that help our global science workforce, including the implementation of hiring, retention, development plan, maintaining employee relationship and Labor Act compliance, administering company compensation and benefits programs, and organizing trainings. You will be relied on as the operational expert and owner for the effective deployment of the Company's global and local Human Resource policies, guidelines, and process. You will have the important role of advising people managers to create fair, equitable & positive work experience.
As a Client Facing Partner, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the People Experience/ HR team. Your integrity and judgment is critical in creating equitable and positive workplace. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing alignment amongst teams.

How You Will Achieve It
Implement & Optimize People Experience/HR systems, processes, and programs across science & medical divisions in coordination with business and other PX/HR functional team, as well as Global Employee Service Centre. This may include but not limited to

  • Implement & Maintain key PX/HR processes and topics such as Performance Management, Talent Planning, Annual Compensation Review and Promotion Calibration, and Pfizer Pulse Survey, etc.;
  • Ensure all PX/HR practices; records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements and Pfizer internal policy;
  • Work closely with manager & Sr. PX partner to ensure PX initiatives/programs are implemented effectively within the defined timeline and budget;
  • Work closely with Global Business Service (GBS) team to ensure Science & Medical colleagues received quality colleague service per GBS SLA (Service Level Agreement);
  • Collect, validate and maintain people and talent data and information and conduct relevant analysis in support of policy making, business and HR planning as well as priority business & People Experience inquiries;
  • Assist in implementation of employee relations strategies, work with respective Employee Relation, Legal and Global PX lead in local investigation processes; provide input and support to Colleague Communications plans
  • Provide effective support/consultancy to first line and middle line people managers businesses including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relations, talent assessment and development, performance management, communication & other HR related activities
  • Participate in annual benefit program implementation, e.g. insurance plan renewal exercise, including benefits reviews, member details verification, system testing etc.


Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years' experience
  • Proven experience in HR operations or Relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Possess the analytical and creative skills to understand issues and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software for office productivity with direct focus on Microsoft Excel mastery

Nice-to-Have
  • Master's degree
  • Demonstrated HR or Operations experience in a matrix team environment
  • Proficient in Workday, experience with other HR systems and online tools
  • Possess project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization, people management, coaching and development experience
