Job Description


As the lead for strategic partnerships and alliances, you will be responsible for working closely with product leaders, business teams, marketing, and engineering teams to identify, nurture, and expand relationships with key technology partners in connectivity space - devices, applications, network, hyperscalers and telecom operators You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance our brand reputation in the industry. Work closely with internal leadership teams to identify and develop strategic partnerships with organizations that align with our business goals and objectives Establish and maintain relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and increase market share Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with our overall business strategy Analyse industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and expansion Build and maintain a deep understanding of our use case, platform and solution to effectively communicate our value proposition to partners and get more SKU driven engagements rather then just transactional (unless strategic and customer driven) Develop and deliver partner enablement programs to support marketing initiatives We are excited about your working with a global team of non-technical and technical professionals and when challenges arise, your ability to thrive in identifying creative and unique solutions. In your role, you enjoy technical conversations with engineers but are also comfortable presenting in front of leadership team. You are willing to apply your experience & skills in a way that creates new and challenging standards for problem solving and customer success. Partner with stakeholders in product management organization to deliver a platform and features built for consumption for B2B2X value chain Communicate feedback to the stakeholders and leadership teams to improve and evolve the quality of product governance and delivery - cultivates and builds relationships. Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insight. 8 to 12 years of overall experience out of which 6-8 years of alliance and partnership lead role at product driven organization Desirable experience in developing revenue driven partnerships in B2B/B2B2X segment. Proven success in defining complementing products, establishing CoE, managing relationships, taking solution from deck to whiteboarding to prototype - from concept to commercialization. Ability to work in ambiguous environment with grey areas and start up hustle for first few quarters An individual contributor, curious and creative person with ambition and passion
