Job Description

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Collecting & analyzing usage declarations from redistribution partners and ensuring licensing & commercial compliance
  • Acting as the point of contact to select partners for entitlements and leads. This includes management of all purchase, cancellation & trial requests relating to these partnerships.
  • Responsible for managing select partner revenue share reporting. This entails analyzing client billing and generating reporting for partners to submit invoices for revenue share payments.
  • Provide analytical support in identifying non-compliant activity amongst partners and/or end users and rectifying the situation (Eg. Disentitlement, upsell. etc.)
  • Provide ongoing support to Global partner directors and managers, providing actionable insight and ad-hoc support to help the global team achieve its objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and Innovative reporting/tools to global team.
  • Act as mentor/coach to new hires and existing staff as required
  • Defines, documents, and manages smaller-scale projects with minimal supervision
  • Initiate continual process improvement efforts that enhance timeliness and accuracy
Required Skills, Necessary industry Experience & Associated number of years of experience:
  • 3- 4 years in commercial/corporate and/or multi-cultural/international environment with a broader knowledge of financial markets across all asset classes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Order to Cash workflows with experience in reading contracts and data licensing concepts.
  • Strong data analysis & problem-solving / critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated. Works well under pressure.
  • Experience with various CRM software applications & Workflow systems including Siebel, Salesforce, SAP Business Objects & SharePoint
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders.
