SENIOR REPORTING ANALYST The Senior Reporting Analyst will support Customer Operations - Performance Excellence team to help create method of works that drives report simplification and efficiency. This role will partner with the operations and technology teams in ensuring that all reporting tools are up & running and is providing accurately information. Additionally, the role is task to create, run and publish report that the business needs Responsibilities / Accountabilities The candidate will be: . Will be supporting the Fulfilment Reporting Team . Will be running and publishing existing reports for RMS team using various company approved reporting tools . Manage regular and ad hoc data request from stakeholders . Create and implement dashboard and key reporting metrics . Support the business in the production of various monthly, quarterly and annual reports & presentations . Design method of works that drives report simplification and efficiency . Design and oversee testing strategies to ensure consistency between data collection sources, data warehouse database, reports, and dashboards. . Continuously assess reporting efficiency and effectiveness and work with development team to improve tools . Will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager Qualifications . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. . Reporting, Analytics and Business Intelligence expert experience . Excellent planning, administration and organization skills . Previous experience with reporting tools and technology (Business Objects, Tableau, SQL Data Bases, Salesforce, Snowflakes) . Expert level MS Excel and VBA (including the ability to apply advanced formulae & macros) . Strong SQL skills (ability to write, design and execute SQL queries) . High level of initiative, dynamism and drive . Good relationship builder and influencer and proven analytical skills . Strong interpersonal skills with all level of staff . Excellent verbal and written communication .
