Portfolio Management:

• Develop the partnership roadmap for/with the partner and achieve goals of partnership (identify opportunities and evaluate synergy potentials)
• Identify measures and enforce decisions to steer the partner along the aligned targets
• Leverage available tools and methods to conduct methodology and identify the right partner for the business need
• Perform health check with KPI review for the partner levels
• Support key projects with the partner to drive business development, co-innovation and cost benefits
• Assess potential new strategic partner and review existing partners
• Support and drive the digital transformation with the joint activities with the strategic partner
• Initiate exit process when appropriate for a partner

• Be a mentor / coach for partner relationship and stakeholder involvement where requested but not leading the project

• Be the key contact to the strategic partner, providing transparency of activities internally/externally
• Support contract negotiations in alignment with the respective purchase and/or partner manager in the Bosch units

• BE/ B Tech or Post Graduation degree with 6 - 10 years of experience
• Good exposure to Digital technologies
• Experience in partnership management
• Defining business development strategies and realization by implementing relevant measures
• Good stakeholder management
• Capability to understand an organization portfolio and align with partner ecosystems

• Good working experience in Cloud and IoT topics
