- Packaging Design and Operations ManagerGSR Industries is one of the leading Manufacturers of Merchandises across various Segments. The client wants to engage a Packaging Design and Operations Manager at their Manufacturing Facility in Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Noida, India.The Project Management Specialist will analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of the strategic and integrated Project Team support for the client.

• Leads and guides the work of all project support staff
• Serve as a point of contact for this functional area for the client's designated leaders
• Interacts collaboratively with other functional areas leads to provide overall strategic perspectives
• Performs more complex analytical and evaluative work requiring a comprehensive knowledge of the project body and how-to tailor processes and tools for technical projects
• Assists with establishing project objectives and collecting, organizing and interpreting project requirements

Qualifications Required :

• Candidates from NID, NIFT, MICA or other leading design schools are encouraged to apply.
• College coursework in the field of drafting, design, or engineering is mandatory.
• Five years' experience in a graphics, drafting or related field
• Must be a serious, goal-oriented person to the effect he/she will be dealing with all levels of the organization and having to deal with a variety of complex problems and issues
• Must be a self-starter to the effect he/she must initiate and then follow through to completion of assigned tasks
• Excellent Communication skills necessary to deal with a variety of people and situations
• Supervisory experience as a proven manager, preferred
• Experience in a production/manufacturing facility, especially in the printing and packaging industry, preferred
