Job Summary
Packing In charge personnel takes care of all packaging and shipping processes of the chocolates
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing single piece and complete orders for the e-commerce business
- Managing offline and online stock, inventory of packing stationary, cold shipping, and courier material
- Packing orders on time as per guidelines
- Packing finished chocolates into foil and outer wrappers. Storing all correctly in refrigerators. Learning the chocolate cold packing process for shipping
- Placing correct manufacturing dates on back labels and organizing all packing material correctly in their respective folders
- Counting and keeping a track of inventory stock. Placing inventory orders to vendors timely as required
- Assist in creating courier labels and cold packing for both domestic and international shipments. Coordinating with logistics team for pick-ups
- Learning to use the backend dashboard of the e-commerce store and help in updating stock, sending shipping tracking numbers, etc
