Working experience as PA TO CHRO MUST/HR Director
Provide high caliber Executive Assistant support to the CHRO in both business as well as in the functional domain
Define dashboards and reporting tools and mechanism (both quantitative and qualitative) for ongoing projects; tracking the deliverables of strategic HR processes & highlighting deviations and suggest corrective actions.
Participating and contributing to team discussions on Strategic Projects and deliverables.
Handling business escalations and relevant service requests
Provide proactive support to CHRO in driving employee communication and engagement initiatives.
Independently manage HR analytics and reporting for the enterprise.
Participating in Organizing HR Leadership Events, Conferences, meetings.
Internal Cross Function & External Customer meetings:
Coordinate the Event
Minute the meetings
Follow up on the status & update
Contribute to planning & strategy exercises
Data collation, Analysis & Presentation
Business plans & presentations collation
Support CHRO in preparation for review & strategy meets, support in AOP and planning exercises.
Assisting CHRO in managing his calendar, travel and meetings etc
Skills - fluent in English communication, MS EXCEL, HR DashboardJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per monthBenefits:
