Salary -Rs.35,000/- to 40,000/- per month

Job description-Roles and Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties, Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Actively support in business strategy, marketing research and comparison for business plans and reviews.
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. Must be able to make MIS and Dashboards for meeting strategical decision
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners, Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
• Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
• Handling correspondence directed to CMD, Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries with complex plans, Visa arrangements, hotel arrangement etc.
• Producing reports and presentations, Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems, Preparing Agenda papers for Board and other related meeting
• Scheduling meeting as per the availability of the chairman, arranging venue, intimating the other stake holders and MOM for the same. Monitor inbox, draft email correspondence, and respond on behalf of CMD
