Person specification: Essential:
o Experience of working as a PA at director (or other senior position) level (preferred) o Experience of providing administrative support in a fast paced environment;
o Strong organisational and communication skills;
o Sound time keeping and forward planning ability;
o Motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritise;
o Positive and flexible attitude;
o Solid IT (MS Office) skills;
o Ability to maintain confidentiality;
o A personal interest in, and commitment towards company Desirable: o A Post Graduation is desirable, but not essential (secretarial qualifications will be highly regarded). Responsibilities
  • Primarily focused on providing PA support to the Chairman;
  • Managing, prioritising and responding to emails;
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
  • Keeping track of actions and communications;
  • Coordinating, minute taking and logging actions for the monthly Meeting, with appropriate follow-up;
  • Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of changes to plans;
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives;
  • Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman;
  • Booking travel and accommodation;
  • Managing monthly expenses;
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Team and other senior staff;
  • Providing ad-hoc corporate administrative support. Examples of this support are coordinating and tracking HR responsibilities, coordinating training, minute taking, and assisting with social media and the website.
  • To organize daily Schedules, appointments & Meetings.
  • Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, and submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Performing office and personal duties for Chairman
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Ability to Travel and Relocate: The ideal candidate should be able to relocate whenever required and should be able to travel along with Chairman worldwide. Remuneration Salary of 25,000 to 50,000 per Month, depending on qualifications and experience.
