Description We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert who can drive transformation/improvement projects and bring process efficiency in P2P Process. Someone who have prior experience/knowledge about Technical & Functional definitions for database file, support tools and ERP (SAP) backend tables in F&A domain would be a best fit. What You Will Do In Your Role Responsibilities / Job description: 1. The individual will be working as a part of CI & Transformation team networking and collaborating with stakeholders (GP, Invista, Molex, KGS & Koch). 2. Responsible to analyze financial data, address key business insights, process deviations & help creating solutions. 3. Drive projects to bring process efficiency - Vendor/Buyer follow ups for delayed Invoice receipts & GRN, Duplicate Payment identification, Debit Balance recovery, Discount Utilization, Payment Optimization, Help desk, Invoice Processing & Payment etc. 4. Support Finance leaders on transformation initiatives which drives value to the organization. 5. Conduct process lifecycle analysis with all shared services groups like RTR, OTC & PTP by providing the solutions to the problems the groups are encountering. 6. Delivering and completing other related duties assigned by the management based upon on priorities and deadlines The Experience You Will Bring Requirements: .Passion towards Continuous Improvement & transformation .Proven ability in handling F&A operations (P2P). .Understanding of Accounting standards & principles. .Strong Math & Analytical skills. Skills & Abilities .Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment .Ability to work on multiple projects with rapid development and deployment deadlines .Effective written and oral communication. .Ability to express ideas, opinion & analysis in a clear & coherent manner. .High level of motivation,possess high degree of versatility, good interpersonal & excellent time management skills.
