Job Description

We are currently seeking a self-driven Global Business Data Analyst with a passion for procurement to join the Global Indirect Procurement Operations team. The Global Indirect Procurement Operations team supports all divisions and functions throughout the company across 60+ countries.

The Global Business Data Analyst will

The ideal candidate will be able to turn data into insights and recommendations, to support business decisions. Knowledge on the Source 2 Pay (S2P), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Tailspend processes is beneficial to lead detailed analysis, gather insights and make recommendations for improvements. This role will report to the Global Indirect P2P Transformation Program Director.

What will you do:

• Research best practices and support developing the solutions and recommendations for the new business operation
• Work with the stakeholders to identify analytical requirements
• Provide business data interpretation
• Help to produce ad hoc data and report
• Assist in developing or implementing systems to capture business operation information
• Performs business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining
• Reinforce the P2P Global Procurement Operations teams to become the trusted advisors of the procurement organization (category leads, country leads & other global functions)
• Work jointly with Regional catalog managers & Regional Category Managers to provide insights & support their procurement strategy & goal setting
• Work jointly with the Global Indirect Procurement P2P BPO on various activities of continuous improvement such as RPA, lean...
• When needed, support the Internal Control & Audit teams - by providing ad-hoc reports, & by pro-actively monitoring tool & processes usages, as well as organizational behavior
• Work jointly with the P2P Transformation program core team to improve Key Performance Indifactors (KPIs) for the various processes, tools & organizations
• Work jointly with IT architects to develop Business Intelligence reports
• Work jointly with Tailspend Manager to develop business intelligence for Tailspend
• Provide guidance on report/query use
• Work closely with the Various P2P teams such as COUPA functional Admin, P2P BPO, PRISM BPO, and COUPA technical admin to ensure changes are done in the eProc tool to reflect analytical needs

• Strong English communication skills, written and oral, French and Spanish is a plus.

• Hands on Tableau developer experience
• Stakeholder satisfaction and project leadership demonstrated success
• Analytical mindset and business acumen - ability to connect the dots and generate actionable insights
• Proven experience digesting complex information and present it in a simple way
• Demonstrated ability to deal with large pool of data, often unstructured, coming from disparate sources
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills
• Knowledge on P2P and S2P is preferred
• RPAs notion is a plus
• Self-driven / motivated individual, positive, proactive and takes the initiative to get things done
• Experience working in a global project/matrix organization
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business in related field (i.e. Marketing, Communications, Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related field of study)
• Ability to prioritize & work on short deadlines
