We are looking to hire a Manager - Global Workplace Data Analyst in Bengaluru (Bangalore) Job Purpose The role of the Manager - Global Workplace Data Analyst is to support all our workplace office transformation projects across our real estate portfolio. Data is key in setting the strategic direction for how our environments are planned, designed, and occupied from both an optimisation and people equitable and inclusive experience perspective. Supporting the Global Workplace Design & Experience team, the role itself plays an important part of shaping workplace business cases and space requirements through the managing, deployment, and analysis of our tools and processes. The Workplace Data Analyst is supporting with data the direction of travel of important decisions and strategic vision for our future workplaces ensuring an equitable, inclusive and sustainable employee experience across our offices in the new hybrid world. You will be working on multiple projects globally and must be able to analyse and interpret data to support strategic decision making based on data driven outcomes. An eye for detail is needed with rigor data calculations and synthesis to optimise data outputs. Creating reports/dashboards of key insights found in the data to be understood and shared by other members of Employee Experience (EX) and stakeholders with the ability to listen carefully and negotiate various requirements. Honest and regular communication is key to this role, as is the importance in being able to adapt to change as new information becomes available. There is opportunity to take the lead on projects well defined projects that will be implemented at our offices towards this inclusive and hybrid set ups. This role also makes use of existing and new data sources to allow better decision making in other areas of workplace to result in enhanced employee experience. You will be responsible in using these data sources to drive strategic change in the workplace from a holistic perspective and drive Unilever objectives including diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, technology, along with many others. As part of the WD&E team you will also be made responsible for supporting the housekeeping and structure of WD&E tools and processes. Responsibilities: Leading a team and working closely with cross functional stakeholders Analyses of workplace related data to bring out key insights to drive strategic decisions Supporting service delivery managers to engage with employees in understanding employee sentiment in the workplace Interpreting dashboards into meaningful insights and propose areas/gaps to be improved Transforming data to make the data readable and interpretable for analysis Engaging in squads within EX and using data to drive changes and decisions within those squads Creating tools to help utilize and manage existing data Mobilising workplace utilization studies (TUS) and performance surveys (FOTO/HYBRID). Support, consolidate and maintain the ED&I checklist auditing process with our workplaces. Report and eventual articles writing Facilitating workshops and post-occupancy evaluations. Initiate necessary meetings and sending out calendar invites Prepare and issue meeting minutes Maintaining and updating our DXP design portal, Monday tools for Project Management and support the a-synchronic and agile way of working. All about you Relevant Degree or equivalent in an analytical career relevant experience in delivering design / space planning, workplace strategy or operational services. Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written), advanced Excel skills, presentation packages (PowerPoint), interrogating databases (systems and web-based systems). Interest in how employee experience is affected by design / space planning, architecture, and desire to contribute to the future of workplaces. The ability to work a-synchronically with diverse groups. Desire to lead small projects. Fluent spoken and written English. Spanish speaking would be an advantage. Analytical mindset with experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research. Agile advocate who has embraced agile project delivery and agile working. Skilled in wielding MS suite, InDesign, Illustrator is a plus.
