Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Technical Writer & Data Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for the Technical Writing & Data Analytics operations for IT infra team. You will be working actively with the operational teams along with internal / external stakeholders to facilitate improvement in current processes.

Responsibilities

  • Writing technical documents, SOPs, Policies and Process documents.
  • Maintaining Version of the documents with the latest available updates.
  • Publishing updated documents on portal.
  • Joining any documents audits with internal & external auditors.
  • Analyzing and tracking CAPEX investments and deliveries.
  • Analyzing data for AMC & link billing and providing improvement inputs.
  • Performance Reporting on weekly and monthly frequency.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
  • Science graduate or engineering degree or any equivalent qualification.
  • Document writing & data analytics skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
