The Role Responsibilities Job Role This is a role within the CPBB (Consumer, Personal, Business Banking) Finance aligned Plan to Perform (P2P) team, based out of India (within GFS). The team provides insightful performance MI and decision support to key stakeholders across the CPBB Finance, CPBB Business and SCB Group. Key Responsibilities The delivery initiatives include standardizing and digitizing designated performance reporting, improving Outlook and Corporate Planning process by simplification, automation, service management approach and tools. Support automation, standardization and analytics driven enhancements of performance analysis to support key internal reporting events including MBRs, Momentum / KPI reporting and decision support. Coordinate a high-performing team to deliver change agenda and culture through clear objectives, regular engagements in driving improvement, automation and analytics mindset. Work closely with Singapore, India and Poland based FP&A teams to coordinate deliverables, ad-hoc projects / requirements and communication with business finance teams. Manage and lead key CPBB Finance initiatives in digital reporting, process improvements and change management and adoption of initiative outcomes by key stakeholders. Support and drive further the digitisation agenda, including streamlining reporting whilst ensuring key stakeholder requirements are covered. Measure and enable better quality of the reporting, produced by the team in alignment with P2P digital strategy. Continuously review BAU processes to identify opportunities for process improvements / digital initiatives. Support key Group projects including Enhanced F and other Continuous Improvement initiatives. Act as the \'go-to\' person for all core transformation initiatives in CPBB Finance. Partner with relevant teams to digitize the CPBB and MT scorecards reporting. Constantly challenge Technology to bring in optimisation in reporting system. Controls Implement appropriate internal controls and operating risk management / monitoring processes and procedures for ensuring integrity of performance reporting and compliance with related group policies / standards. Manage overall design and outcome of the end-to-end initiatives and own the initiative outcomes in terms of client service, financial performance and risk, working with Process Owners. Provide Project Management framework around all initiatives and related updates to senior stakeholders. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Support the CPBB Finance team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\'s Conduct Principles. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key Stakeholders P2P Finance and other GCFO teams including FR, Change and Treasury teams CPBB CFO and Leadership Team CPBB CEOs / COOs Our Ideal Candidate Degree in Engineering or certification in Six Sigma / other process improvement and modelling skills. Proficiency in aspects of the product lifecycle including functional specifications, architectural specifications, database modelling and design documentation. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering quality output to senior management. Strong awareness of bank financial statements and have a reasonable understanding of banking products. Hands on experience in Process automation, digitisation, Visualization tools like Tableau / PowerBI. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - should have managed senior stakeholders (MT-1). A resilient and confident self-starter with well-developed communication and inter-personal skills. Working knowledge of Reporting systems like MRC / HP / HPCM and SAP BPC would be useful. Experience in managing / mentoring individuals and nurturing relationships across stakeholders. Experience in leading Agile projects / sprints - prototype development to successful completion. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset / approach. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement agenda within team. Strong in concepts of Visualizations and data story telling.
