Telecom JDs- OSS- Nokia Support Look only from Chennai to Chennai. Exp:- 5.5 to 7 Years NP: Immediate-60days * Look Someone from operation background for both requirements - Mandatory * For OSS-NetAct SME requirement look someone troubleshooting for NetAct. (We are not looking for candidates currently working with NetAct Company) Operate and maintain NetAct system including health check, Preventive routine and handling operation issues. Experience in managing the Nokia Netmanager for Configuration,Performance, Monitoring, Alarming, Backup and Restore The NetAct Core system for O&M-System for R4 Split architecture Management of the Netact for License Manager, Software Manager, CM Analyzer, CM Editor, M Operations Manager, CM Reference, Flexible CM Search, Site Configuration Tool, Performance Manager, Administration of Measurements, Administration of the OSS tool for Certification Authority, Network Element Access Control, User ManagementHP Systems Insight Manager, NetAct Administration, Adaptation ManagerDynamic Adaptation Experience in management of security Gateways Nokia vSecGW platform Hands-on Experience in providing Technical support for Nokia and 3rd party OSS Applications (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on the applications already deployed to end customer/user. Responsible for Fault handling and correcting them by investigating faults handed in through trouble tickets and system events/alarms and will escalates complex problems to appropriate teams for speedy fault resolutions. Strong domain knowledge in OSS Platforms and Applications with hands-on experience in supporting and managing Customer OSS Applications and Tool Troubleshoot system management, fault management, configuration management and performance management issues. Executing system health check & preventive maintenance task on different EMS/NMS Experience in OS like Linux, Windows Shell scripting + SQL scripting, unix shell + some windows based programming will be an added advantage
