IT/IS administration, OSS (Onsite Support), local/site contact point of 3rd party vendor, hands and eyes support for operations, first point of contact for incidents/requests reported from users
- Corporate Standard PC provisioning, troubleshooting, Imaging/staging, Software Installation. Supporting the roll-out of new applications - Mobile device(Smartphone, Tablets) provisioning, troubleshooting, corporate mobile application support(google apps, MDM, CRM etc) - Support printers/MFPs such as troubleshooting, driver configuration
Control IS/IT asset registration/decommissioning lifecycle, loan/lost equipment management
