Consulting Project Delivery - Primary Focus Area Create value for clients frame the problem, develop hypotheses, design the interventions, and work with client counterparts to convert them into executable actions. This will involve working with people at all levels and require strong skills to communicate / make presentations. May also require managing projects from time to time ii. Support Business Development Proactively identify opportunities on your projects and support the business development teams to farm them iii. People development is at the core of our career development process and will carry higher significance for more experienced applicants The Successful Applicant Senior leadership roles of Operations / Plant Management , leading multifunctional teams in Industry Sectors e.g. Chemicals, Metals and Mining, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas is a must. o Operations Risk Management (ORM) consulting or functional leadership experience, preferably with any reputed EHS Risk management consulting firm. Specifics: . Broad understanding of ORM and how different management and operations elements are linked together . Strong knowledge and practical experience in application / facilitation of a wide range of risk analysis and risk management techniques . Well versed in Work Place Safety, managing and implementing high risk activity standards, working with people across levels, have a deep understanding of concepts around mind-sets and behaviour and culture transformation . Knowledge of Process Safety Management elements including Process Technology, PHA techniques like HAZOP, Consequence Analysis, QRA, LOPA, SIL, Facility Siting etc. Additional knowledge of Operating Procedures & Safe Work Practices, Management of Change (Technology, Facility & People), Mechanical Integrity & Quality Assurance, Emergency Response & Contingency Planning, PSM Audits, PSM Incident Investigation etc. is desired . Operational and commercial due diligence experience will be to an advantage . Skilled in analytical problem solving, well developed Excel, Analytical and Modelling skills . Skilled in executive communication, using data to narrate a compelling story on PowerPoint Ability with other visualization tools such as Tableau a plus . Executive gravitas, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to impactfully interact with clients at all levels . Fluency in both written and spoken English with additional local Indian languages .
