Job Purpose and Impact

The Origination Head - Grain, South will oversee the commodity origination team in applying broad regional and local cash commodity market knowledge to execute timely and competitive service offerings for customers. In this role, you will supervise the team that represents the critical link between customers, commercial accounts and the company\'s customer facing strategy. Key Accountabilities

Oversee the positioning of moderately complex commodity offers in local cash markets to ensure they are efficiently sourced through the company\'s processing facilities to maximize profit for both customers and the company.
Lead a team to develop a deep understanding of the market access needs desired by customers in the segment and work to quickly adapt to these changes with shifts in local cash markets.
Collaborate across internal sales, merchandising, customer service and operations teams to meet customer needs efficiently and tightly linked to regional and local cash market strategies.
Develop the capabilities needed to enable an efficient and effective customer experience through the systems and digital offering utilization.
Lead the development of regional and territory level sales and origination strategies to achieve business level operating plans for the fiscal year.
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduate with 8 years of experience in purchase and trading of Agri Products
Should have at least 4 years of experience in leading the team.
He should have good exposure working with Leading Poultry, Food & FMCG organizations.
Preferably looking someone who can understand and manage the South Indian languages.
