Order operation Analyst
This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office. :

Note - 5-7 years of experience in business operations/Order management or supply chain function. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services to the company policy and country regulatory requirements. Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment. Working with cross-functional teams. Scope includes business execution processes, order management (including allocation management, Available to Promise (ATP) / commit processes, business attainment tracking); logistics management (including inbound/outbound coordination and consolidation of domestic and international systems to support shipments); and inventory management (including analysis, optimization and velocity). Partners cross-functionally to develop, track and manage business metrics for the organization (may include customer availability, service levels, on-time delivery, and supplier response time.


  • Responsible for accurate and timely processing of Sales Orders as per customer purchase orders and in accordance with our SAP order management system and service level agreements, in full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supports advanced- and complex-level transaction processes for special or non- typical assignments independently.
  • Identifies complex level quote to Cash & supply chain anomalies and leads the process-oriented tasks to resolve the issues.
  • Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions (e.g., credits, returns, order entry) and reporting of customer issues, including resolution of basic issues; handles a limited number of highly complex customer accounts.
  • Owns resolution of highly complex open order (backlog) issues and reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay; communicates status and assists junior non-exempt members in resolution of escalated issues.
  • Ensures resolution of order management issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and is a subject matter expert to other departments (e.g., testing new systems to ensure order management system works correctly).
  • Mentors others in lower level roles.
  • Communicating to all levels of the organization regarding issues, solutions, process improvements, and policies.
  • Develop and maintain process flows and desk procedures in respect to processing orders
  • Identifies, supports & troubleshoots complex-level problems, delivers specialized reports and leads the process-oriented tasks to resolve the issues
  • Serves as a process expert within the supply chain/Sales/partners/distributers/PAOM and different level of teams.
  • Track, process & analyze Orders & Reports/Identify Customer Needs/Dispute handling
  • Leads and coordinates daily work activities; responsible for overall shift output and manages timelines.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Good understanding of OM (Quote to Cash) & supply chain processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Basic & Advanced knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Office suite depending on each level
  • Basic understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced time management skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Excel skills
Education and Experience Required: University degree/equivalent experience.
