About the job:
The Red Hat Finance team is looking for a Japanese speaking Order Entry Support Associate to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will work closely with global Finance and other members of the regional Finance team. You will be mainly responsible for booking the order, reporting as needed, and monthly or quarterly closing. We are looking for you to have great communication and customer-service skills, as you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Red Hat products (SKUs, price calculation, etc.)
• Manage order management (OM) related activities on daily basis that would include entry and booking of orders in EBS
• Monitor the completion of assigned tasks in line with expected timing and quality
• Ensure daily activities of the OM associates are aligned with key policies, processes, procedures, and controls
• Validate order documents, e.g., contracts, purchase orders, approval docs, etc.
• Perform other duties like reporting, query management, and order allocation as assigned
• Support month end and quarter end activities with extended hours of work
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve any purchase order issues

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting
• Good written, verbal, and reading skills in Japanese and English
  In-depth understanding of accounting principles; End to End O2C process
• Basic enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience; Oracle R12
• Flexible in extending working hours during the high volumes
• Experience handling high volume transactions
• Exceptional service, communication, and problem solving skills across functions with different objectives in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Professionalism, dependability, and resourcefulness
• Ability to work quickly and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Order management experience handling like entry and booking in EBS is a plus
