Job Description
Quality Assurance Manager
- To drive quality standards & processes as per ISO 15189
- To ensure the compliance to Quality Checks
- Monitor and ensure compliance to Proficiency / Inter-laboratories testing exercises
- To implement the Quality System across all labs
- To ensure the effective implementation of the QMS in all sections of the laboratories
- To monitor the external quality assurance and internal quality control of all labs across cities.
- To monitor the quality indicators and ensure the continuous quality improvement
- Work with CEO, Medical HOD\'s to develop and ensure the implementation of policies to minimize risk within the organization.
- Collects, analyzes, and oversees data entry on relevant quality performance indicators.
- Update, revise, and maintain the Laboratory\'s Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and other quality documents.
- Perform internal audits of the Laboratory, including both technical and quality systems audits.
- Follow up the corrective action, including follow up monitoring to gauge the effectiveness of the corrective action.
- Follow all Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures as outlined in the Laboratory Quality Assurance Manual.
- Obtain the relevant laboratory certifications
- Conduct Quality training
