: Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance-Ethnix
Grade – Assistant Manager
Reporting to – Lead Category Management
Key responsibilities attached to the role:
- To manage existing QA process and manufacturing methods and conducting statistical audit from pre-production, size set, in-line inspection, mid & final inspection.
- Should be able to solve problems and be proactive in nature to help facilitate meeting OTIF without compromising on quality standards.
- Responsible for managing a planning, allocating and optimizing resources w.r.t inspection of Garment, accessories and Fabric deliveries by co-ordination with
concern stake holders in the Supply Chain Team, Vendors and Labs.
- Responsible for drawing inference from defects / reworks and implementing the learning’s to avoid recurrence of failure.
- Maintaining the database and generate timely reports.
- Handling Customer Complaints and provide fast redressal to customer complaints and grievances.
