Job Title
- Batch Job Scheduling and Monitoring using UC4 and Oracle EBS
- UC4 and Oracle EBS User Administration
- Oracle EBS Workflow Monitoring
- Timely Notifications to Stakeholders of Production or Project Issues
- First-Level Troubleshooting of Technical Issues
- Working with Emerson Corporate Oracle Technical Services and Emerson ComRes Oracle Instance Management teams to resolve Production Issues
- Escalating Technical Issues to Second- and Third-Level Support Teams
- Escalating Functional Issues to Regional Functional Leads Role
- 24x7 Support on a Rotating Shift Basis
- Off-Hours, On-Call Support on a Rotating Shift Basis.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Troubleshooting skills
- Curious, innovative, and willing to always test and learn
- Bias for action
- Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite
- Experience with Job Scheduling in an Oracle EBS environment
- Effective oral and written communications
- Works well with others
- Seeks advice and asks questions when needed Education/Experience
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Unix and/or other programming languages desired
- Experience with Toad or SQL Developer; experience with ServiceNow a plus
