The Lead Technical Analyst is responsible for developing, supporting, and coordinating activities for Oracle EBS Suite applications. The individual will work with IT leads, business users and other team members to evaluate functional requirements, analyze the application footprint, review technology alternatives that can maximize the benefit for our business. The candidate will closely work with other team members for designing, driving solutions, maintaining code quality in the system. Must be able to work on and balance multiple high-priority items at the same time. Duties and Responsibilities Development and deployment of integrated solutions to enhance, consolidate, and coordinate independently designed applications enterprise-wide assist in scheduling and coordinating project deliverables. Provide requirement analysis, process review, feature design, application configuration, documentation, and implementation services for production support and system enhancements within EBS Procurement systems. Coordinate with the US based management team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements. Create and Present key requirements artifacts, Functional and Technical Scope Documents, Test plans and Test scenarios, Business Process Mapping Diagrams and Documentation, Application Gap analysis. Plan and manage technical activities of projects and EBS upgrades, and work with the other team members to deliver per deadlines. Respond and resolve production support issues. Partner with other development team members for analyzes and troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. Manage multiple priorities, projects in fast paced and dynamic environment. Provide technical/process training to the IT team and conduct demo session for business users. Adhere to the Agile methodology for design, development, testing, and deployment. Other duties as assigned. Skills Four (4) year degree in computer science or equivalent experience At least 10 years' experience in using Oracle eBusiness applications, strong understanding in Oracle 'Procure to Pay' process and experience in implementation and customization for the following modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, Inventory, Projects and Order Management. At least 10 years of Development experience with Oracle EBS. Strong experience in Developing, extending, customizing, and retrofitting Business requirements using Oracle development tools and languages. At least 3 years of experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 or higher At least 5+ years of strong technical experience (as a technical lead) in Develop and provide technical solutions for new processes. Should have strong development experience using languages like SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA and Unix. Should have good working experience on RICE components like XML Publisher, Workflows, Performance Tuning, AME and Interfaces (API) Write Technical Design documents from provided Functional Designs, and create Unit test documents for the related areas Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to teach/help others the technical and functional knowledge and skills needed to achieve results at the optimum level of performance. Team Player, able to provide input into a multifunctional team Able to communicate about technical issues to non-technical coworkers . Self-motivated, capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks Adaptable - The role requires a willingness to take on tasks outside of a narrowly defined role, and ideally a desire to be multi-skilled Capable of working to both tactical and strategic timescales Demonstrates strong knowledge of concepts and theories in own discipline. Perceived internally and externally as technically knowledgeable in the specific modules assigned. Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum Prefrred Skills Experience in the following areas would be a plus: Preferred knowledge/experience with OAF Preferred knowledge/experience with Web services, XML gateway, ECC, OIC and SOA Integration knowledge Oracle Apex knowledge would be advantageous
