Be responsible for business systems analysis and functional support in Oracle EBS, focusing primarily on Financial process tracks (P2P)
Perform Oracle Financials setups
Define new business requirements and provide gap analysis
Prepare detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions (MD50s & TE40s)
Be responsible for quality assurance development and customizations, extensions, migrations, localizations, and integrations (CEMLIs)
Develop and deliver end user training
Provide functional validation and support
Show broad range of competency involving relevant modules and interactions between modules, e.g., PR to Accounts payables (AP)
Demonstrate good business judgment when evaluating requirements; assess the impact of potential changes and solutions to mitigate negative outcomes
Manage and plan in a fast-paced, team-focused environment; manage time and prioritize tasks and projects
Provide guidance on how technology solutions could solve business problems and enable new business functionality
Create and maintain process flow documentation and assistance with user training
Provide guidance to other business analysts on best practices aligned with development standards and processes
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent field; MBA in finance or equivalent and chartered or cost accountant
8+ years work experience with Oracle application financial modules
Wide implementation experience in implementing Oracle Financials
Excellent functional knowledge and experience with modules in the Financial suite like Purchasing (PO), iProcurement (iProc), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), E-Business Tax (Optional), etc. modules with demonstrated understanding of end-to-end business process and industry best practices around the Source-to-Pay cycle
Expertise supporting the OTC or P2P cycle in Oracle EBS
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English language proficiency
Detailed and concise written communication and documentation skills
Expertise in facilitating meetings, webinars, and conference calls
Subject matter expertise in P2P solution designing and enhancements, business process re-engineering, and business process mapping
Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to work on tight timelines and contribute when required
Provide guidance to other business analysts on best practices aligned with development standards and processes.
Extensive financial's implementation experience combined with an in-depth understanding of business requirements which can be translated into solution documents
Experience with other tools like Business Objects or alternative reporting tools

Project management experience
Excellent business system analysis skills including writing and running SQL queries
Functional experience and understanding of Workflow
Experience working with and integrating with third-party applications
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Knowledge of the agile software development framework, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies
