Oracle Specialist
Job Description
Minimum 2-3 years of over all experience and 2-3 years Oracle HCM cloud. Certified in Oracle Core HR/ORC module Should have worked in at least 1 large scale oracle HCM cloud deployment project Good communication skills and prior experience interfacing client directly would be preferred Should have worked with Deployment and AMS projects in Core HR/ORC/Security modules. Ability to demonstrate solution and design for client business challenges Support release management & change management activities, CSM, FSM etc Customize Application pages using design studio & page composer Expertise in Groovy and the newer autocomplete rules Handle the Oracle Quarterly release upgrades from reviewing the new features, enabling, regression testing, retrofitting the customizations & client Monthly BAU releases Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts Configure workflow, triage console issues Understanding of Oracle data structure(s) & BI publisher (SQL) is preferred We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
