The Information Technology candidate will be a Cloud operations support team member migrating corporate finance applications and functionalities to Oracle Cloud platforms. Performs work on administering and supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and AT&T or its clients to conduct business. Experience in current cloud technologies (Azure & Oracle) with a strong focus on Oracle Public Cloud across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms. Vast experience in Oracle Enterprise Linux, System, and Network Administration relevant to Cloud infrastructure. Should be able to understand the entire on-prem and cloud architecture, document and recommend improvements and assist with streamlining day two operations. Automate existing manual processes in areas of infrastructure such as code, code migration for applications, backup and archival. Engage proactively and resolve all compliance-related issues in the Cloud environments. Analyze and recommend architectural changes to improve performance and security.

As part of the Financial Transformation and the move to Oracle Cloud, we need a Senior Oracle Cloud Operations and Support specialist familiar with Oracle and Azure Public Cloud and its published Products & Services. Offshore Candidate role in Bangalore, India, and should be flexible to work from 1 PM to 10 PM in India.

Senior Oracle Cloud Admin and Operations Support specialist with a solid understanding of networking concepts: the OSI model, TCP, IP, routing, firewalls, and load balancers. Preferably 10+ years experience working with Linux and 5+ years in Oracle Public Cloud. Manage Oracle Cloud components including, but not limited to, IAM/IDCS/SSO/SAML, group policies, network ACLs, Allow lists, and governance process. Provide Key Performance Metrics to our Risk Management team to help coordinate risk tracking. Identify, analyze, and maintain secure configurations across our technologies. Recommend, design, and maintain technology solutions to help support the enterprise's security posture and needs. Monitor user accounts, access levels/permissions, and network traffic using a log analyzer and enterprise tools. Shell scripting and automation skills are mandatory.

Candidate should be highly experienced in automation (CI/CD) for Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and testing methodologies for migration from on-prem to Oracle Cloud. User management and implement break-glass procedures where applicable. Manage VCN, network address assignments, firewall, Application firewalls, and troubleshoot routing issues. Intercept and handle Oracle security notifications and quantify the impact. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; willingness to present technical information to different stakeholders. Oracle and Azure Cloud Certifications are required. Terraform, and CI/CD experience is mandatory.
