Please find the job description mentioned below Job Title: Sr. OPT Recruiter Job Location: Uppal, Hyderabad Educational Qualification: Any Degree Minimum Experience: 5 years No of vacancy - 2 Roles and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Proven experience of Talent Acquisition especially in OPT Recruiting for both IT and Non IT. and working for H1 transfers. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand about the training and placement program. \xc2\xb7 Should have proper understanding of visa status like F1, CPT, OPT, H4 EAD, H1B and GC etc. \xc2\xb7 Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through USA Job Portals and social networking. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge using any ATS-Applicant Tracking System. Well-Versed with USA Geography \xc2\xb7 Act as a liaison between candidate and management. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of Niche IT skills in market and must be able to educate students. Skills & Experience: \xc2\xb7 Preferably 1 year of Experience in non-technical talent acquisition \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills. \xc2\xb7 Should have experience in IT/ Pharma / Medical science etc..
