Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and network, a prior database of OPT candidates Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099 Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market. Maintaining an active database of OPT candidate Capable of getting students for any technology Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market. Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portals. Address the consulting needs of a major client account. Maintaining a good database for follow-ups. Should be capable of bringing consultants on Payroll. Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates Key Skills Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills Good Knowledge on US IT Staffing, OPT Recruiter, US Recruitment Strong convincing skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?179,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year Benefits:
