Job description Title: OPT Recruiter Experience: 1-2 years in domestic recruitment or any other recruitment. Willing to work in night shifts(Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM IST) Job Location: Remote No.of Positions: 3 Required skills: Good communication skills,Presentation skills,Strong experience and understanding of OPT hiring,capable of getting students for any technology and maintaining database of OPT candidates.
Ability to interact,develop student network and get OPT candidates.
Strong experience in hiring OPT candidates from job portals,universities,network,social networking sites and other sources and Job boards(carrer builders,monster).
Co-ordinating the entire recruitment process.
Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.
Explaining and Negotiation about compensation/packages,assessing relevant experience,education,skills.
Preferred Qualification: Any graduates Salary: 13k-20k(Depends on previous package and interview performance as well). Mandatory requirements: Candidate must have Laptop or Desktop Wi-Fi connection. Preference will be given to immediate joiners. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month Benefits:
